Through our passion and commitment to everyday people, vkare works in partnership with people of all ages and abilities. From all faiths and backgrounds, to achieve their goals, remain connected to their community and maintain independence

 

Flexible, personalised care and support is provided through an individualised Person Centred Plan (PCP) and is  through core individual funding in NDIS. The plans are tailored for each person’s needs and wishes and contain realistic objectives aimed at increasing independence and achieving lifestyle goals.  These goals are based on the individual’s skill.

 

Supporting people of all ages and abilities to achieve their personal goals through tailored, individual services.
